PARTS SELLER
SPACES AND REGISTRATION
Parts
seller spaces are at a first come, first serve basis. We will
have early set up on Saturday, 14th from 4:00a.m. to 6:00am.
It’s highly encouraged to take advantage of our early
registration to insure a space. SPACES ARE LIMITED AND ARE
SELLING FAST!
PART
SELLERS SPACE AND SIZE

20x 20 spaces are $20.00 in advanced or $25.00 at the door.
· 20x 40 spaces are $40.00 in advanced or $45.00 at
the door.
Vendors
will be given two numbered wristbands they will serve as passes
in and out of the gate during the hours of the event. Damaged
and hand carried bands will not be accepted!
PART
SELLERS RULES AND REGUATIONS
1.
This is an automobile related event, only auto related items
allowed.
2. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
3. Sellers must wear wristbands and not transfer them to another
person.
4. Absolutely no electrical power outlets may be used. No
power cords allowed.
5. No live coals are to be left on the grounds or disposed
of in garbage containers.
6. Cruising of any motorized vehicles and bicycles is strictly
prohibited.
7. All unsold items and trash must be taken with you.
8 . No controlled drugs, dogs or guns allowed.
9 . NO FOOD OR DRINKS CAN BE SOLD WITH OUT FOOD PERMIT!
Due
to City of Tulare Ordinances. No outside sales of vehicles
will be allowed.
